How do we know whether it is useful?
Define representative tasks and expected answers before implementation. Evaluate the prototype against those tasks, including missing information and incorrect answers.
What happens after the pilot?
Use the evaluation to decide on the next step. Production deployment, additional integrations, hosting and maintenance are scoped separately.
